High-pressure valves designed to meet the strictest hygiene requirements
Our high-pressure valves are sanitary high-pressure single-seat valves for controlling process systems. The valves are manufactured in a modern and compact design, and they are extremely durable, since they are machined from solid bar steel and always in stainless steel.
Our high-pressure valves are also designed to meet the strictest hygiene requirements – including 3A, FDA, ATEX and USP Class VI.
A sanitary high-pressure valve is used, e.g., for membrane filtration, such as nanofiltration and reverse osmosis, where the product is pressed through a membrane under high pressure. It is also suitable for pasteurisation processes where it is used to isolate individual parts of the system - for example separating the aseptic part from the non-aseptic part. And many more places where a high system pressure is needed.

Our high-pressure valves handle product pressures of up to 150 bar and can thus be used in demanding processes with high pressure.
The valves are turned from solid bar steel and therefore have fewer welds. This makes them more robust and less sensitive to the effects of cold/heat. This means they last longer than ordinary seat valves.
Therefore, it is now possible to design process systems as usual - just for high-pressure application - and at the same time retain the same sanitary benefits in relation to ease of cleaning and minimum retention of the product as our other sanitary valves.
