Third parties with access to cookies
- Morningtrain
Morningtrain ApS is a third party web agency affiliated with Alflow. Morningtrain only has access through an encrypted portal called LastPass.
LastPass is heavily encrypted with algorithms that ensure complete security in the cloud. Data is encrypted at the device level and is kept secret from LastPass itself. Only Morningtrain employees have access to this data. With a two-step verification, this service is made even more secure. Upon termination of employment with Morningtrain, the former employee will be removed from all accesses in LastPass.
Morningtrain has access to data from Google Analytics. These are used exclusively for statistics and reporting.
The site is hosted by time4vps, which is located in Latvia.
Contact forms
At www.alflow.dk it is possible for visitors to contact the staff via contact forms. The information from the inquiry on the contact form (s) is stored in the recipient's mailbox and as a backup in our website database and is deleted no later than one year after the inquiry has been made.

We use a subcontractor for our operation of IT. We have ensured that our IT provider is subject to the same obligation and that they only act in accordance with our instructions.
We use the ActiveCampaign service to send out newsletters. ActiveCampaign is based in the United States and has a European branch in Dublin, Ireland. ActiveCampaign stores and processes personal information for us as a data processor.
