TERMS FOR RECEIVING THE NEWSLETTER
When signing up for the newsletter, you only need to provide your name, email address and industry. This information will be stored and registered. We do not record any other information in connection with the registration. Your data is stored and processed confidentially and securely. We have implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to prevent your data from being misused.
Registration and use of your email address
Once you have subscribed to our newsletters, we will use your email address to send out newsletters containing news about products and events. As a rule, the newsletter is sent out approximately 12 times a year. We do not use your email address for anything else. However, please be aware that we may have collected your email address in other contexts and that in such cases we may use it for the purposes for which it was collected.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter
Your email address and any other contact information we have registered about you will be stored as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter. You are always welcome to contact Alflow if you have any questions or wish to complain about the processing of your personal data. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from our newsletter.
Your information is kept confidential and secure
We use a subcontractor for our IT operations. We have ensured that our IT provider is subject to the same obligation and that they only act on our instructions.
We use the ActiveCampaign service to send newsletters. ActiveCampaign is based in the USA and has a European branch in Dublin, Ireland. ActiveCampaign stores and processes personal data for us as a data processor.
