Wellbeing & culture

Alflow offers a healthcare scheme where employees can have their sports activities paid for. The scheme is designed to make it easier to prioritise exercise in everyday life while also enhancing well-being, health and community in the workplace. By the end of 2025, 32 out of 56 employees used the scheme for fitness.

One of the 32 employees is Mads

Mads uses the scheme for swimming, padel and fitness, and it has made it easier for him to get started. Both to be a bit social with mates and female friends, but also to keep his body and muscles going with a session of fitness. He says that the healthcare scheme helped open the door to new activities:
“I had trained a bit before, but getting into I had never tried going out to play padel.

Because we have this health insurance, it gave me opportunity to get started. I have now used than in the two years I have been here."

For Mads, the scheme is about physical activity, mental well-being and community, but also the set of values that a company holds:
“For me, it also shows that you have an employer, they care about people feeling well, both physically both mentally, and that you get out and are together with other people.”

And in his everyday life at the warehouse, Mads can clearly feel extra energy and enthusiasm:
“Getting up and working out, swimming or just Moving around helps to clear your head. It helps a massive amount mentally.”
