At Alflow, community isn't something we plan for. It is something that lives in the culture.

We have Christmas lunches, summer parties, kickoffs and joint workshops. But we also have spontaneous events that arise among the colleagues themselves. A day at the go-kart track because someone took the initiative and got it started. What they all have in common is that people turn up. Not because they have to, but because they want to.

This applies regardless of whether the activity takes place during working hours or not, and regardless of whether the company or the employees took the initiative. The support says something

We believe that strong everyday relationships are reflected in our collaboration, wellbeing and, ultimately, the results we achieve together. The high level of attendance across all teams at the events confirms that we are on the right track.
