Good environmental management is not just about complying with rules. It is about having the overview to act before problems arise.

Day-to-day overview of our water consumption
In 2025, we invested in a real-time sensor to monitor our water consumption. The sensor gives us an ongoing overview and makes it possible to react quickly if abnormal fluctuations occur. Although
as this only becomes a requirement from 2026, we chose to implement the solution already in 2025, because we believe that responsible resource management should not wait for legislation.
Self-monitoring data is received from Vejen every year
Supply for the industrial estate of which Alflow is a part. The data shows how the emissions from the area as a whole affect the aquatic environment, and they
allows us to monitor whether we, as a company, are living up to our share of the responsibility.
In 2025, the industrial estate complied with all limit values in the discharge permit, and all measured parameters were within the permitted levels. We are satisfied with this, because compliance with the limit values helps to protect the aquatic environment and ensures that the wastewater is treated sufficiently before being discharged further.
