A safe working environment ensures stable deliveries. At Alflow, we work purposefully towards zero industrial injuries – for the benefit of both employees and customers.

In 2025 we registered zero work-related accidents. That is an improvement from three accidents in 2024 and a result we are proud of. The goal is to maintain that level, and that requires us to continue prioritising safety in our daily work.

Attention in all work areas

A large part of our focus is on the various areas of work, including the interaction between the warehouse and the office. Forklift accidents are one of the areas we pay particular attention to, and we are working actively to ensure a mutual understanding of how we move around in each other's work areas.

Our working environment organisation is structured with Dina as the Safety Officer for our working environment and with responsibility for two working environment representatives, Birgit and Lasse. In 2025, Birgit stepped into the role of new working environment representative, which has further strengthened our working environment.

Prevention is important, but equally important is that everyone knows what to do if an accident occurs. We ensure this through first aid and fire-fighting training from Falck.
