ESG Report 2025

Shared knowledge, shared responsibility

At Alflow, responsibility must be understood and put into practice throughout the organisation. That is why, in 2025, 100 % of our staff completed training in Climate Training and the Code of Conduct, so that we are better equipped to engage with customers, colleagues and suppliers alike.

Shared knowledge, shared responsibility

Ethics & compliance

Shared knowledge makes it easier to act responsibly. Therefore, all employees complete annual training in climate and the Code of Conduct, so that we can meet the demands of the value chain with a common starting point.

Our customers and partners set demands of us, and we set demands of our subcontractors. Being able to navigate that value chain requires everyone in the organisation to have the same foundational knowledge.

That is why all our staff undertake training each year in two areas: Climate Training and the Code of Conduct. In 2025, 100 % of our staff completed both training courses.

The training gives our employees the best conditions for communicating with our customers, passing on the requirements to our subcontractors, and sparring with each other internally. When everyone in the organisation has the same foundational knowledge, we strengthen our ability to act consistently throughout the entire value chain.

whistleblowing scheme

Ethics & compliance

A whistleblowing scheme helps to ensure transparency, trust and the opportunity to react early if there is any suspicion of unethical behaviour.

As a company of our size, it is a legal requirement to have a whistleblowing scheme where employees can anonymously and confidentially report suspicions of unethical behaviour. The scheme ensures that we can identify and handle any challenges early on and maintain a working environment characterised by trust and openness.

At Alflow, we have both a whistleblowing scheme through Indutrade and our well-being platform WinningTemp.

In 2025, we again received zero reports.
