That is the idea behind our value cards: to bring our three core values into everyday life in the most direct way. The cards come in three variants: Thank you for being Responsible. Thank you for being Ambitious. Thank you for being part of the A-team. Each card is small and physical. On the front, a clear acknowledgement; on the back, space for your own words. You can write your name, or you can choose to give the card anonymously. There are no rules for when, how or to whom. The sole purpose is to acknowledge your colleague and make it concrete.

A card that was noticed

One morning, Lasse Domar Gadegaard found a card on his desk. ”Thanks for being ambitious,” it said on the front. A simple thing. But it struck a chord nonetheless.

Because in a working day where there’s so much going on and the focus is on getting things done, it’s easy to rush straight on to the next task without pausing for a moment. That card was a reminder that someone had noticed his efforts. And that it means more than you might think. “For me, this card was a little reminder of how great it is to be part of the #A team, where we recognise each other’s efforts in our day-to-day work,” says Lasse.
