At Alflow, we use Worldfavor to screen and follow up on our suppliers. This creates better documentation, greater transparency and a more responsible supply chain for our customers.
Supply chain transparency with Worldfavor
Supply chain transparency with Worldfavor
Our customers must be able to rely on us. That requires us to be able to rely on our suppliers. We take that work seriously.
Transparency and accountability are of great importance in our supply chain, which is why we work purposefully to ensure that all our partners live up to the highest ethical standards. As part of our commitment to ethical trade and responsible sourcing, we require all our suppliers to sign Alflow's, or an equivalent, Code of Conduct.
To support that work, we use the Worldfavor platform to evaluate and screen our suppliers. All 61 of our product suppliers have been set up and screened, after which 25 have themselves
carried out a basic assessment.
From screening to development
For many suppliers, the work in Worldfavor is not necessarily about changing their practices from one day to the next. Often, they can improve their score by uploading more relevant documentation and more information into the platform.
For example, this could be policies, certifications or other existing information that is already part of their work, but is not yet visible in the system. In this way, Worldfavor also becomes a tool that helps suppliers to clearly demonstrate their efforts and work more structurally with sustainability and documentation.
Effective mentoring
Here, our Sustainability Lead, Christian, works continuously to follow up, spar with suppliers and share knowledge on how both large and small changes can have an impact. Through dialogue and guidance, he helps them understand where they can strengthen their efforts and what is required to elevate their data quality and transparency. This not only contributes to better data quality and greater transparency at the individual supplier, but also ensures our customers a more transparent supply chain.
