We measure wellbeing – and act on it
At Alflow, we work systematically with employee satisfaction
well-being through the platform
Winningtemp. It gives us an ongoing
insight into how employees experience their
working life, and makes it possible to follow the developments
close over time.
Winningtemp is based on short, weekly wellbeing surveys
with four questions. That gives a
continuous insight into employee wellbeing
and makes it possible to capture developments in the working environment
at an early stage. With the vision
while also being the preferred choice for
Winningtemp is essential for employees
tools used in the work to ensure high well-being at Alflow.
"The weekly measurements give us feedback
original data so that we can continuously identify developments
in the organisation, which is crucial for
to maintain and further develop our most important
resources: the colleagues and the culture,”tells
Business Development & Marketing Manager
Dan Kallan.
In 2025, the average satisfaction score
8.5, which points to a generally high level of wellbeing
among the employees.
At the same time, the eNPS score was 39, which paints a positive
picture of the employee experience and the general
well-being in the organisation. The average
number of sick days per employee was 8.8.
The survey is anonymous, which creates a
safe basis for honest answers. The employees
also have the opportunity to give feedback
both to their line manager and to
the executive board. This supports a culture where
dialogue, openness and continuous improvement are a
integrated part of everyday life.
100 % participation in the well-being survey
In 2025, 100 % of the staff actively took part in
the survey. The full participation provides a
strong and representative data foundation, which
strengthens the value of the results and the further
working with well-being and employee satisfaction.
