We not only wish to develop our own employees, but also to contribute to the professional environments and educational institutions of which we are a part. Therefore, our employees regularly share their knowledge with students at local educational institutions, contributing with practical perspectives and insights from the business community.

From work placement to permanent employment

In 2025, we had interns in the company, among other things, and one of the placements developed into more than just an internship. Mathias started as an intern, continued as a student assistant and was later employed full-time. We see this as a great

example of how the collaboration between education and business can develop into something that creates value for both the individual and the company.

When we take on interns, it is not just about giving them insight into a workplace. It is also about giving them the opportunity to put their professional skills into practice, take responsibility and become part of a professional community. At the same time, as a company, we gain new perspectives, commitment and closer relations with the environments where the employees of the future are being educated.
