On-site services
At Alflow, we have our own service organization so that we can ensure our customers a good after-sales service. We service all our own products, but can also help service similar products such as pumps and valves from other manufacturers.
We are used to working in the food industry and in the pharmaceutical industry. So we know how to behave in clean areas or places where there are EX requirements. We are happy to participate in your specific training so that we know your local regulations.
We have extensive knowledge of pump maintenance, where we can help you both with changing shaft seals and also with major maintenance where other parts and bearings need to be changed. We are often used when an extra hand is needed during shutdown and planned maintenance. We change many gaskets and O-rings in valves and have extensive experience with this, and we also help the customer keep track of the documentation.
Electrochemical surface treatment
In addition to mechanical maintenance, we also perform chemical cleaning and electropolishing on production equipment at your place. We have transportable equipment that is suitable for entering production and clean rooms.
There is full documentation on the work we do and on the chemistry we use. We often come out to our customers if there are challenges with surfaces that have been damaged or if they have done a rebuild and these parts need to be electropolished so that they meet the requirements. One of the areas we focus heavily on is coatings such as rouge and discolouration.
We are happy to be involved from the first step, where we provide qualified sparring with you, so that we can find the optimal solution together. We carry out tests on individual components, so that we can find the right solution. We have our own chemistry and can adapt this to the specific task.
We also help if there are problems with bacterial growth in production systems. This is where our mobile equipment is suitable, and we can adapt our chemistry so that it can effectively clean the system. We review the production system together with you to find potential sources of error.
We also have extensive experience in electro-chemically cleaning autoclaves. We often see that autoclaves become discolored and coated over time, so it is difficult to validate them as clean. Here, we can carry out cleaning on the spot, so that the surface is brought back to the condition it had as new or often better.
We are used to arriving at sterilization centers that cannot shut down, even if maintenance is to be carried out on the equipment. In these situations, we build a cell so that we can isolate the area we have to work in. We also clean surfaces in washing machines and other equipment that must be validated as clean.
Leakage test
We also carry out leakage tests on heat exchangers and other similar equipment. We use helium via our AccuTest system. In this way, we can perform a quick, safe and clean test of equipment. Our equipment is very mobile, so we can test equipment that is otherwise difficult to access. All it requires is that we have the ability to shut off and connect to the equipment.
