Our range of pressure-relief equipment includes, e.g., gauge hatches that provide quick access to measure or obtain product samples from storage tanks at the same time as functioning as emergency ventilation. The gauge hatches are designed with a foot plate to prevent the foot from slipping when you open it, and the cover closes by means of gravity when the foot is removed from the cover.
We also have both industrial and sanitary pressure-relief valves. The industrial pressure-relief valves are calculated according to tank size and mode of operation and protect the tank from damage that can be caused by excess pressure, through venting to the open air. Less evaporation due to the fact that normal “breathing” in the tank is reduced. The industrial pressure-relief valves can be used for emergency relief on smaller tanks.
Our sanitary pressure-relief valves are DESP-certified safety equipment designed to protect production lines and tanks containing group 2 gas, steam or liquids from against excess pressure. They are manufactured in a hygienic design and they are fully automatic so they require no manpower to operate them.
Our flame arresters for gas piping systems and protection of tanks containing flammable liquids protect low flash-point liquids from external sources of ignition and increase fire protection and safety. The flame arresters are available in both vertical and horizontal models.
We also have a wide selection of industrial and sanitary pressure/vacuum valves. Our industrial pressure/vacuum valves can be used in many applications to protect the tank from damage that can be caused by excess pressure or vacuum. They are available as pilot-controlled relief valves, modular vacuum valves and pressure/vacuum valves with a built-in flame arrester.
Our sanitary pressure/vacuum valves are hygienic equipment designed to protect tanks against pressure fluctuations (vacuum switch) and excess pressure or to protect low pressure tanks that are not subject to DESP against dents (vacuum switch) and/or excess pressure.
We also sell rupture disc for protection of equipment, tanks, systems and people against excess pressure conditions. Advanced tooling processes and optimal material thickness ensure full openings and accurate fracture classifications in each installation. The rupture discs are calculated exactly for any application and are suitable for liquid, gas and steam.
