What is a screw pump?
Screw pumps, which are positive displacement pumps, are suitable for pumping extremely liquid and highly viscous products. They deliver a gentle and pulsation-free pumping of liquids with high suction power.
The screw pump moves the medium with the help of the double screws, which rotate and thus push the medium forward from the suction side towards the pressure side. This achieves a uniform and delicate flow without pulsation. The contact-free movement of the screws also eliminates the risk of wear particles in the medium.
Screw pumps are known for their versatility and are available in different models in AISI 316 stainless steel, cast iron, Inconel, Hastelloy, nickel-aluminium bronze, Duplex and Super Duplex.

The double flow model is custom made with double inlet and single outlet, allowing to run very high pressures.
Our industrial twin-screw pumps are powerful positive displacement pumps that provide pulsation-free pumping of media with a high suction capacity and low NPSHr. They are self-priming, have a low noise level and low vibration.
