With control valves from Alflow, your ventilation, heating and cooling systems are guaranteed fast control as well as a precise flow. At the same time, we make sure that our control valves protect your tubes and equipment against high pressures, as they are produced in the most suitable material – ideal for regulating a number of liquids and gases.

Find control and pressure reducing valve of the best quality

At Alflow, we value customer satisfaction and good quality very highly. Therefore, we strive to supply your company with the best pressure reducing and control valves on the market. This also means that with us you can get a wide range of different valves. You can find e.g.:

  • Pressure relief valves
  • Pressure reducing valves
  • Flow control valves
  • Temperature control valves
  • Modulating control valves
  • Sanitary gas back pressure regulators
  • Hand control valves

Our control valves can be both an integrated unit with an outlet pressure setting, a limiter and a sensor in the entire valve housing, or they can consist of a separate pressure sensor, regulator and flow valve.

In addition, it is also possible to order solid seat valves, butterfly valves, safety valves and the like.

Do you need any specific control valves for water, gas, steam or aggressive media? Then we will make sure to deliver the desired quantity to you as soon as possible. See all our products here.

A durable solution for your installations

Naturally, all our valves are of high quality, so you can be completely confident in using our products for your company. For instance, our valves are type approved and meet all industrial requirements in relation to use, hygiene, environment and user-friendliness.

In addition, all our products are tested before use so that they meet quality and safety requirements. The high standards also apply to our suppliers, who comply with all requirements from directives and standards in the food industry as well as the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.

By purchasing valves from Alflow, you get a long-lasting solution. All this thorough work is important because we know that good valves are essential in installations where there is need to check and regulate flow. In this way, tubes and equipment are protected against high pressures and pressure surges.

How a control valve works

Do you have a heating system, cooling system, ventilation system or anything else that is operated by either gas or liquid? Then, in the vast majority of cases, it is very important to be able to check and regulate the amount of liquid flowing through the pipes and into the appliance.

With a control valve, you can. In general, the valve can be divided into the categories control valves for volume control, for pressure control and for temperature control. The purpose is to reduce the pressure of a liquid to a certain value when it comes out of the valve.

For example, a pressure reduction valve for private homes helps protect installations with water from excessive pressure from the supply. Otherwise, your house would get very hot if you couldn’t regulate the amount of water being led into your radiators. For this reason, it is important that you can control how much liquid or gas passes through the valve.

A control valve thus helps maintain a constant outlet pressure, and you can usually set the valve to a certain pressure within its limits. When the valve is set, the reduced pressure will be constant. In addition, a lower outlet pressure will also create lower water consumption. A constant level of operating flow reduces also less noise in the installation.

Get competent advice, sparring and service

With a pressure reduction valve, the set pressure can be kept at a constant level – even if there is fluctuation in the inlet pressure. Finding the right control valve is therefore essential to protect your appliances and ensure stability at a low flow.

Therefore, we are happy to advise you on finding the best solution for your business. For instance, we help you select the valve determined from a valve curve based on fluid data, capacity and pressure drop. Liquid data can e.g. be type, temperature, viscosity, abrasives or solids.

These factors affect the choice and size of the valve as well as the choice of elastomers and surface finish. You are therefore more than welcome to ask us for advice. If you require further information about a specific pressure reduction valve in our selection, then of course we will be happy to tell you more about this.
