JSR Pressure Reduction Valve
JSR is the first high-sanitary gas pressure regulator designed and built specifically for hygienic, ASME BPE gas applications.
- JSR is designed specifically to eliminate product-affected threaded connections and permanently contaminated dead-legs under the diaphragm
- The valve is extremely maintainable due to the easy replacement and cleaning of the shutter - all this WITHOUT removing the valve or removing it from the taskbar
- The valve body and shutter are turned out of solid bar steel ASTMA479 316L SST and polished to 0.5µm and then electropolished
- The valve is equipped with the rugged Jorlon diaphragm as well as Teflon, PEEK or EPDM seat and seat gaskets - all FDA approved and made according to USP Class VI
