MARK96 Pressure-Reduction Valve
Sanitary pressure relief valve from Steriflow. MARK96 works by sensing the pressure under the diaphragm downstream under the seat. As the downstream pressure approaches the set point, the force pressing on the diaphragm will overcome the pressure on the spring, after which the seat quickly and accurately begins to move up towards the closed position.
- Due to the design of the valve, minimal pressure loss is achieved through the valve compared to globe valves. It contributes to less shaking and less wear and tear - and ultimately savings. The extra-wide, delicate diaphragm ensures precise flow
- The seat’s short guided travel also contributes to fast and precise regulation and less wear, as the movement is typically 1/3 shorter compared to globe control valves
- MARK96 is equipped as standard with the JORLON diaphragm, which is a reinforced modified PTFE with FDA and USP Class VI approval
- A LIFETIME GUARANTEE is provided on the JORLON diaphragm, which means that you can return at any time, should it happen against expectations that the diaphragm fails
- MARK96 also contributes to reduced costs and less time for maintenance and service. This is due to the extra-wide JORLON diaphragm, which ensures fast and precise regulation
