Ultrapharma’s O-rings for aseptic flanges DIN11864.
- The fitting has a built-in over-compression protection, so that breakage of the gasket material inside the pipe is reduced to an absolute minimum
- DIN 11864 O-rings can be supplied in EPDM, FKM, PTFE, TUF-Steel, FEP encapsulated FKM and platinum hardened silicone
- DIN 11864 O-rings are available for couplings, bolted flanges and Tri-Clamp
- Dimensions according to DIN11850, ISO1127 and ASME BPE
- DIN11864 is a relatively new fitting on the market for pharmaceutical processing, but is gaining much interest from process engineers because the seal inside is better to control
