XSR pigging system
Pigging system for process lines as well as all types of liquids and solid media. Can be integrated into existing plants, as well as new applications for optimal utilization of residual product and easier/faster cleaning using a "pig". The pig is placed in the dispatch station and then pushed into the pipeline by a conveying medium (air or water). The basic system consists of a launching station, a receiving station and a pig. It can be supplemented with several types of valves, including our MVH 3-way valves, for cleaning multiple lines with the same pig, as well as our Bardiani BBZPPG seat valve for maximum reduction of product waste. The system can also be supplied as a manual system, but also fully automatic as required. In addition, our RVO device can be added for speed control of the pig, as well as our ZRVO safety return device.
