Balanced rotors with low inertia result in an extended revolution range of up to 4000 rpm. HYGHSPIN pumps therefore have a very wide range of applications - both in terms of flow and viscosity. They also function as both product and CIP pump in one.

2. Gentle on the product - almost pulsation-free with high suction capability

The product is axially shifted and not centrifuged. Lower conveying speeds result in very gentle product handling. The chambers are filled on the suction side and then emptied on the pressure side. The conveying is therefore almost pulsation-free and ensures a perfect suction capability and a lower NPSHr value.

3. Highest hygiene level - CIP bar

The HYGHSPIN pump can run both product and CIP. It is also possible to sterilize the pump using steam (SIP). The pumps also come with EHEDG and 3A certificates. The design is free of dead spaces and is self-emptying.

4. Simple system layout

With ​the HYGHSPIN pumps you do not require a bypass or an external CIP pump. This significantly reduces the costs of investment, maintenance and service.

5. High wear resistance

The conveyor elements work contact free. The pump is safe to run dry and it is also suitable for very abrasive media. This results in greater usability for the pumps and longer service life.

6. Corrosion free

The HYGHSPIN pumps are made of stainless steel, which ensures that the external hygiene standards are maintained. The pump is completely corrosion-free as no grey cast-iron components are used.
